WHO WE ARE

Jenny Wojcik’s experience and expertise includes more than 20 years as a teacher and national teacher-trainer, and more than 15 years advocating for children with autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and other special needs throughout Florida and the country. As a COPAA SEAT 2.0 trained and certified dyslexia advocate, she has represented students and families in thousands of IEP meetings. Having successfully completed trainings by Wrightslaw and an intensive, year-long mentorship with a New York-based special education attorney and administrative hearing officer, Jenny is a recognized expert in her field. As a Qualified Expert Witness for federal, state, and district policies and procedures for IDEA, Section 504, and ADA cases, she has an outstanding record of favorable rulings in support of her clients.
