Jenny Wojcik is an exceptional advocate with an unparalleled track record in securing initial IEPs and achieving positive outcomes in thousands of successful meetings. Her high success rate makes her one of the state's top advocates for children with special needs.

In a recent court case, Jenny's expertise earned her high praise from the judge who stated, "With Ms. Wojcik’s expertise, the parents were able to make informed requests and assert their rights under the IDEA. Ms. Wojcik assembled a team to advocate for the child’s rights effectively.

Jenny's commitment and success in advocacy are unmatched. Graduating from COPAA's SEAT 2.0, SEAT 3.0, and Advanced Advocacy training programs, she is one of the few advocates in the state and the country to do so. With an impressive win rate for her families, Jenny has achieved educational equity through thousands of hours of awarded compensatory services, hundreds of successful state complaints, and favorable due process outcomes.

Her exceptional results began in the classroom. Jenny worked as a teacher and district-level coach for nearly 25 years, educating both neurotypical and neurodivergent students. Teaching in a co-teach model enabled Jenny to work directly with students with varying levels of intelligence, abilities, disabilities, and health needs. She has taught students ranging from preschool to college. She has mentored hundreds of teachers in best practices, and trained educators and administrators across the country nationwide to improve inclusive teaching.

Jenny's contributions have earned her prestigious awards, including the Superintendent's Award for her work with children with autism and the Hero Award for her efforts with middle school students and the community.

Jenny has worked closely with Florida's governor and legislators to enact legislation protecting children's safety. Her relentless dedication to improving the lives of children knows no bounds.

With Jenny and our IEP Partner support team, we are your trusted ally in navigating the complexities of special education and ensuring that every child receives the education they need.

My Approach

No two children are the same; therefore, my approach to advocacy work is individualized, comprehensive, and created for your child’s unique needs. There is no “one size fits all” approach to our advocacy partnership.

Initial Inquiry

I care about your story and your child’s educational journey. To achieve a more holistic understanding of how I can support your family, I meet with you for an initial 1:1 call to get to know your family and your specific needs. It’s critical I understand your concerns, needs, and goals for your child so IEP Partner can build the best plan for your child.

Let’s Make a Plan

After understanding your goals and your child's unique needs, we collaborate to formulate a comprehensive plan of action. This year-long strategy is crafted to secure the necessary support, services, and accommodations, ensuring your child not only thrives in school but also sets the foundation for future success.
